Description
SupportCandy Agentgroups (Teams) is an extension for the SupportCandy help desk plugin. It lets you build groups of agents and route tickets to a group the same way you would assign them to an individual agent. Group supervisors can then see and manage every ticket that belongs to their group.
Key Features
- Create agent groups – You can set up groups made up of your support agents and use them as assignment targets.
- Assign tickets to groups – Tickets can be routed to an entire group rather than to one named agent.
- Group supervisors – You can mark certain agents as supervisors of a group so they keep an eye on its tickets.
- Supervisor ticket oversight – A supervisor can view and handle all tickets that are assigned to the group they lead.
- Filter agents by group – When picking who to assign a ticket to, the agent list can be narrowed down by agent group.
- Keep tickets in the group – A supervisor who passes a ticket to someone else should leave it assigned to the group, otherwise they lose access to it.
Who Is It For
This add-on suits support teams running the SupportCandy help desk plugin, especially organizations handling many tickets that want a structured way to share and oversee work by team rather than by individual agent.
