This addon connects LatePoint bookings with Google Calendar, keeping events and appointments in sync in both directions. Agents can also generate Google Meet video meetings for chosen services, including shared links for group bookings.

- Two-Way Calendar Sync – Changes made in LatePoint or Google Calendar appear in the other, so agents avoid double bookings and scheduling conflicts.
- Google Meet Meetings – For services you choose, the addon automatically creates a Google Meet video meeting link.
- Shared Group Meet Links – When shared mode is on for a service, all bookings in the same slot reuse one Meet link instead of separate ones.
- Multiple Calendars – One LatePoint account can pull events from more than one Google calendar.
- Event Templates – Event titles and descriptions can be built from templates using the same variables available for email templates.
- Hide Event Names – Synced event names can be hidden so sensitive details stay confidential.
- Event Removal on Cancellation – When a booking is cancelled or deleted, its Google Calendar event is removed as well.
