Description
This addon links WPForms to n8n, so each form submission can kick off a workflow you have built there. You map your form fields to the workflow and the data is sent over a secure connection. Setup is done without programming.
Key Features
- Workflow Trigger on Submission – A workflow in n8n starts as soon as someone submits one of your forms, so follow-up actions do not wait on manual handling.
- Custom Field Mapping – You decide which form fields feed which parts of the n8n workflow, so the data arrives where you need it.
- Secure Data Exchange – Form data travels between WPForms and n8n over a secured connection.
- No Coding Required – You can set up the connection between your forms and n8n without any programming knowledge.
- Real-time Data Transfer – Data from a submission is sent and processed right away, which keeps downstream steps current.
- Connect Many Applications – Because n8n handles the workflow, form data can be routed onward to the apps your team already uses.
Who Is It For
This addon suits site owners and teams who already collect leads, feedback, or event registrations through WPForms and want those submissions to feed automated workflows in n8n instead of being handled by hand.
