Description
This plugin links a WooCommerce store with a Help Scout mailbox, letting customers ask for assistance with their orders and get answers. It also gives customers a place in My Account to follow and reply to their support conversations. A Help Scout subscription is required separately.
Key Features
- Help Scout form shortcode – Place a Help Scout contact form anywhere on the site with the [wc_help_scout_form] shortcode, and style it with CSS.
- Contact from order – While viewing an order in WooCommerce, you can use a form on the order screen to message the customer through Help Scout.
- Conversations in My Account – A field added to the My Account page lets customers read their support conversations and write replies.
- Comments into tickets – You can answer a customer's blog comment and turn that exchange into a ticket inside Help Scout.
- One mailbox only – Only a single Help Scout mailbox ID can be configured, and it should not be changed after it is set.
Who Is It For
Store owners running a WooCommerce shop who already use or plan to use Help Scout for customer support and want order-related conversations handled in one place. It suits shops that want customers to reach support from the order screen, a site form, or their account page.
