Description
This plugin adds file attachments to the emails WooCommerce generates for orders and other events. You can attach any type and any number of files, add extra CC and BCC recipients, and place a notification headline and text in the email footer so recipients notice the attachments.
Key Features
- Any file attachments – You can attach any type of file, and as many files as you need, to the emails WooCommerce sends.
- CC and BCC recipients – Beyond the normal recipient, you can add extra people as CC and BCC recipients on those emails.
- Attachment notification text – A headline and a text block in the email footer can tell recipients that files are attached.
- All WooCommerce emails – Since version 3.0 the plugin works with every email WooCommerce itself adds, not just a fixed set.
- Extension emails supported – Emails created by WooCommerce extensions are also recognized when those extensions use the WooCommerce email API.
- WPML translation support – The notification headline and text can be translated into WPML languages, and each attachment can be limited to one, several, or all languages.
- Media library uploads – Attachments are uploaded through the standard WordPress media uploader and appear in the media library.
- Drag and drop ordering – The order in which attachments appear can be changed by dragging and dropping them.
Who Is It For
This plugin is for WooCommerce store owners and site managers who need to send documents such as terms of service, invoices, product guides, or return policies along with order emails, including shops that run multilingual sites with WPML.
