Paid Memberships Pro MemberPress Migration Toolkit

The MemberPress Migration Toolkit is a WordPress add on for Paid Memberships Pro that migrates an existing MemberPress site over step by step. It runs inside your WordPress admin as a wizard, converting levels, users, orders, and content restrictions without manual SQL or CSV work. Large sites are handled in the background, and active Stripe subscriptions can optionally be kept billing.

Key Features

• Guided Migration Wizard – A step-by-step wizard in the WordPress admin walks you through the migration and shows what will and won't be moved at each stage.
• Background Processing – Migration work runs in the background through Action Scheduler, so large membership databases can be processed without the site timing out.
• Stripe Subscription Preservation – If your MemberPress site uses Stripe, the toolkit can optionally keep active subscriptions so members continue to be billed without interruption.
• Level Migration – MemberPress products are converted into PMPro levels, either all at once or by mapping each level yourself, and level groups carry over too.
• Users and Orders – MemberPress transactions become PMPro orders, membership levels are assigned from your level map, and start and end dates are kept.
• Content Restriction Migration – Membership-based content rules are moved across for single pages, single posts, all posts, all pages, parent pages with children, and category or tag restrictions.
• Settings and Pages – The toolkit creates your PMPro membership pages, applies your currency and business address, and migrates compatible custom user field configuration.
• Post-Migration Checklist – A final checklist helps you verify levels, members, orders, the checkout process, and email templates, and points to recommended add ons.

Who Is It For

This add on is for site owners running a MemberPress membership site who want to move to Paid Memberships Pro while keeping their members, levels, and order history. It suits larger sites with thousands of members that need background processing, and Stripe users who want active subscriptions to keep billing through the switch.
