Easy Digital Downloads Frontend Submissions

Easy Digital Downloads Frontend Submissions is a WordPress plugin that turns an Easy Digital Downloads powered site into a multi-vendor marketplace. Users can register as vendors from the frontend, and once approved they get a dashboard for creating and updating products, viewing orders, checking earnings, and replying to customers. Administrators can review vendor registrations and product submissions, and configure email notifications for these events.

Key Features

• Vendor dashboard – Approved vendors get a frontend dashboard where they can add and edit products, see orders, check earnings, message customers, and update their account details.
• Frontend vendor registration – People can sign up to become vendors directly on the site rather than being created by an administrator.
• Vendor and product moderation – New vendor applications and product submissions go through review so administrators can keep the marketplace's quality in check.
• Email notifications – Administrators can set up separate emails that are sent when products are submitted or updated, vendors register, or commissions are earned.
• Drag-and-drop form builder – Administrators build the registration, product submission, and profile forms by dragging fields into place, controlling what vendors see.
• Vendor-customer messaging – Vendors can read and answer pre-sale and support questions from customers inside their dashboard.
• Commission tracking – When used with the Commissions extension, store owners can record and track what vendors earn on marketplace sales, and vendors can see those earnings in their dashboard.
• Product reviews – With the Reviews extension, vendors can see customer reviews on their products, and customers can leave feedback about vendors.
