Description
This WooCommerce extension gives you control over when subscriptions begin instead of starting immediately at checkout. You can offer customers a calendar to choose a date, set fixed start dates, or add a delay before the subscription starts. Scheduled subscriptions activate automatically on the chosen date, and renewals align with it.
Key Features
- Customer Date Picker – Customers can choose any valid start date from a calendar, with past dates and blackout days hidden.
- Fixed Start Dates – You can set one or several predefined start dates and either show them to customers or apply one silently.
- Delay Periods – A gap of days, weeks, or months can be placed between checkout and the subscription start.
- Payment Timing Choice – You decide whether the first payment is taken at checkout or on the start date, while sign-up fees are billed at checkout.
- Automatic Activation – The subscription is created as Scheduled at checkout and activates by itself on the chosen date.
- Admin Date Changes – Shop managers can move a start date as long as the subscription has not yet begun.
- Scheduling Limits – Cut-off windows, buffer periods, and a limit on how far ahead customers may schedule are available.
- Multiple Start Dates – Shoppers can buy several subscriptions with different start dates in one checkout, each managed separately.
Who Is It For
It suits WooCommerce store owners selling subscriptions that should not begin right away, such as courses tied to term dates, seasonal services, gift subscriptions, pre-orders, subscription boxes, and rentals. It is also for shops whose customers want to pay now but have service start later.
