Description
Float is a WordPress theme from Themify that lets you create parallax floating effects and gradient background styling. You can import a pre-made layout or design pages with the drag-and-drop Builder, then turn on the parallax scroll option without coding. The theme is responsive, so layouts and parallax effects work across devices and resolutions.
Key Features
- Parallax Floating Effects – Layered elements move at different speeds as visitors scroll, producing the floating look the theme is built around.
- Drag & Drop Builder – Pages are assembled visually by dragging and dropping elements, so no coding is needed to build layouts.
- Responsive Layouts – The layout and the parallax effects adapt to different screen sizes, including tablets and mobile devices.
- Header and Menu Options – You can choose from several header layouts and menu styles, including a transparent header, to suit the floating design.
- Portfolio with Filtering – Work is displayed in masonry tiles, and readers can narrow the posts by category or keep loading more without paging.
- Parallax Blog Layout – Blog posts are arranged in a zig-zag scrolling layout that matches the theme's floating concept.
- WooCommerce Compatibility – The theme works with the WooCommerce plugin, so you can set up a shop without extra configuration.
Who Is It For
This theme suits creative professionals and businesses that want a visually dynamic site with floating and parallax effects. It also fits blogs, portfolios, and magazine-style projects, since it includes portfolio filtering and a dedicated blog layout.
