Description
Zeitreise is a WordPress theme built for business and portfolio websites. It ships with a ready-made front page that can hold a fullscreen image slider, portfolio projects, blog posts, team members, and testimonials. The theme is responsive, so it adapts to small mobile devices and large widescreen monitors.
Key Features
- Customizable front page – The front page is assembled from optional sections, so you choose which blocks appear and in what combination.
- Fullscreen image slider – You can open the front page with a full-screen image slider or a single large header image.
- Responsive design – The layout adjusts to phones and wide desktop screens alike.
- Overlay menu area – The main menu and a widget area sit in an overlay, reached through a fixed button in the top right corner.
- Three-column footer widgets – Contact details, an address, a phone number, or a newsletter form can go in the footer widget columns.
- Portfolio page template – A dedicated template lists all your projects, and the grid can be set to one, two, or three columns.
- Team and services templates – Separate page templates let you present your team members and the services you offer.
- Jetpack portfolio and testimonials – The portfolio and testimonial features require the free Jetpack plugin, with its Portfolio custom content type activated in the settings.
Who Is It For
This theme suits businesses, studios, and freelancers who want a portfolio site alongside a blog, as well as anyone building a personal journal or storytelling site. Its clean, minimal layout with generous whitespace is aimed at people who want their images and writing to carry the page.
