Description
This plugin connects Gravity Forms to HipChat. When someone submits a form on your site, the addon sends a formatted message into the HipChat room you choose, so your team learns about new leads, inquiries, and other form interactions right away.
Room notifications: Each form submission is announced in the HipChat room you specify, so the message lands where your team already works. Formatted messages: The notification arrives as a formatted message rather than raw data, making it easier to read at a glance.
Who Is It For
It is for site owners and teams already using Gravity Forms who want form submissions pushed into a HipChat room instead of checking entries manually. It suits groups that handle leads or inquiries together and want everyone in that room to see them.
