Description

Advanced Post Creation is a Gravity Forms add-on that converts form submissions into WordPress content without manual publishing. It creates posts, pages, or registered custom post types, assigns taxonomies, maps fields and custom fields, and attaches uploaded files to the Media Library. Contributors can also view and edit their submissions from the front end.

Key Features

  • Automatic content creation – Submitting a form publishes the entry as a WordPress post, page, or custom post type right away, so no one has to copy the data in by hand.
  • Any post type – You can target standard posts, pages, or any custom post type registered on the site.
  • Automatic taxonomies – Categories, tags, and custom taxonomies can be assigned to the new content based on what the form submission contains.
  • Field mapping with merge tags – Merge tags pull submitted values into the post title and body, and form fields can be mapped to custom fields.
  • Media Library attachments – Files uploaded through the form are added to the WordPress Media Library as part of the created content.
  • Front-end editing – The APC Post List block lets contributors see and change their own submissions without logging into the dashboard.

Who Is It For

This add-on suits site owners running directories, listings, job boards, classified ads, multi-author blogs, community sites, or event submission pages where visitors contribute content. It is for WordPress sites already using Gravity Forms and wanting user-submitted posts published and managed without dashboard access.
