Gifting for WooCommerce Subscriptions

Gifting for WooCommerce Subscriptions is a WordPress plugin that lets a customer purchase a subscription product for another person. The purchaser enters the recipient's email address on the single product, cart, or checkout page, and the subscription is shared between both parties for its life-cycle. The plugin also handles on-boarding the recipient, creating an account for them if needed.

Key Features

• Gift purchase – One person can buy a subscription product on behalf of someone else.
• Shared subscription – The subscription is shared between the purchaser and the recipient for its entire life-cycle.
• Recipient email entry – The purchaser only needs to enter the recipient's email address to send a subscription as a gift.
• Gift on product page – A subscription can be gifted directly from its single product page.
• Gift in cart – Shoppers can mark a subscription in the cart as a gift and add the recipient's email there.
• Gift at checkout – A subscription can also be gifted during checkout by ticking the gift checkbox and entering the recipient's email.
• Recipient account creation – If the recipient has no store account, one is created so they can manage the subscription.
• Recipient privacy – Recipients cannot see product prices or billing information on the View Subscription page.

Who Is It For

This plugin is for WooCommerce store owners who sell subscription products and want to let customers buy those subscriptions as gifts for other people. It suits stores already using WooCommerce Subscriptions, since that extension is required for Gifting to work.
